Shipping FAQ

How do I know my order is shipped?

 

Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department.

 

The items are personally wrapped in natural Wear paper and enclosed safely in a satchel/box with your personal invoice.

 

Your address is printed onto the packaging and collected from us personally by the carriers. We will email you a shipping confirmation email containing what you ordered, where it is going to as well as the tracking number and a link to the carrier's site.

 

How will my order be shipped?

 

We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With our network of couriers and postal services, we can offer the best option for you dependant on size, weight and speed of delivery.

 

In Australia our main carriers are Toll Couriers & Australia Post eParcel, together accessing every corner of the country.

 

For large and bulky items we entrust TNT and Australia Post eParcel, ensuring a safe door to door service for you.

 

For our International Orders we entrust UPS and International Courier, together being able to access all over the world.

Do you ship internationally?

 

We certainly do ship internationally. We use UPS for the US, NZ and UK and Australia post International for all other destinations. However please keep in mind that certain manufacturers don't allow us to ship their products internationally. Just click your country in the drop down menu or email us at sales@ecoapparelstore.com and we can help for countries not listed.

 

How much does International shipping cost?

Will my order incur customs charges?

 

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Eco Apparel Store does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

 

The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

 

Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may have not fit in just one. Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

 

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

 

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.

 

Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

 

We can deliver to any Po Box Address in Australia and Internationally. Please note that no express service is available for PO Box Addresses within Australia.

 

Can you deliver to my work address?

 

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
